Air Traffic Controllers (ATC's) have the role to direct aerial traffic and make sure no planes/helicopters crash.
To become an ATC you need:
Air Skill Level 40,
$140,000
To get the job go to the Main Airport and you can find the job.
Wages are ~$300 every 30 minutes
